We Survived!

We finally made it home! Toward the end of our trip, I sure was feeling...homeless :) It's good to be back, to be clean, and its good just to sit and relax. Here are some pictures from the last places that we visited.

We were in Vienna, Austria for about 6 hours and enjoyed all of the nice architecture they have there. They have a really great pedestrian only shopping street that is really fun to walk down. The picture is of Morgan in front of the palace.

Our next stop was Prague in the Czech Republic and it was beautiful. Very touristy, but it was fun to just walk and see all of the neat buildings, the artists, and all of the crystal shops! Anyone thinking of going to Europe should definately make a visit to Prague!

Next was Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany. This is one of the best preserved medival cities in all of Europe. The defense wall is still standing and you can walk along it and look in on the city. Inside the wall is a charming little town with colored houses and cobblestone streets. And of course lots of shopping!

In Rothenburg we got to go inside the oldest church we have been to on this trip. It was built in 968 and is still in great condition! It was incredible to see something that old and try to imagine the history that it has been through.

Our last stop was PARIS! We were there for about 3 days and got to see ALOT of things.
This picture is of us in front of the Arch de Triumph; we got to climb to the top and had a great view of the city.

We went to the Paris Catacombs where 6 million Parisians are buried...or "stacked." It was a little creepy.

And of course the Eiffel Tower! Our last night there we sat in front of the Eiffel Tower playing cards and watching the beautiful sunset. A great way to end our trip.

Thinking back we saw so many incredible things! It was truly an experience of a lifetime; but its great to be home. We took 3,000 pictures so if you ever want to see any let me know :)
