A Letter from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

An official letter from the church usually gets my heart racing...it's not often that you get such a letter, and there aren't many situations in which you would get such a letter.

Morgan and I slowly opened the letter and read the following....

"Upon the recommendation of your bishop and state president, you are requested for a meeting with the Washington DC temple Presidency."

Yikes!!! Well to make a long story short, we make the appointment, sit down with the temple president and he asks us if we would be willing to serve in the temple as ordinance workers for the next 6 months. We said yes, and we are now working at the temple every other Saturday!

We are so grateful for this blessing and for the opportunity we have to serve in the House of the Lord!!
