4th of July, baseball, and birthday

What better place to be on the 4th of July than in the nation's capital!! After church we rode our bikes in (fastest way to get into the city) to watch the fireworks from the Jefferson Memorial. There were a ton of people and it was a lot of fun!

July 3rd was also Morgan's 26th birthday!! We got together with some friends and ate a giant cupcake (Morgan LOVES cupcakes) and went to the driving range. We had fun spending time together and relaxing! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MORGAN!

On the 3rd we also had a neighborhood BBQ so we of course made Morgan's favorite...cupcakes and it was all his idea to make them into a flag! So creative!
Morgan's giant cupcake cake! It was really good too! Thanks Jacksons for partying with us!

Isn't this picture so cool!? Golfing right by the Washington Monument!

Also, a couple weeks ago we went with Ernst & Young to a Nationals baseball game! This was our first major league baseball game and we had lots of fun. This was also Stephen Strasburg's first pitch with the Nationals so it was a completely sold out game (a rarity with the Nationals :) !!
